Overview

After hosting successful shows at the venue, we noticed that our bonfire jams have become quite a highlight as our guests wouldn’t stop jamming with us till sunrise. Many of you asked for more of this and now you’ve got it. As our last event of the season, we wanted to get to know our guests and give them another amazing experience at our stunning campsite. We wanted to keep the jamming culture going, so we have curated a premium all night jam by the bonfire.


This is an intimate event where you get to experience these artists like never before, they will be performing in our community hall with an unplugged setup until dinner and then we move out by the bonfire to sing songs together all night and all the artists will be interacting with the guests attending.
The band Kabir Café is going to be cooking the main course meals for their fans and they will be having a special extended performance for the campers. Campers will also get to experience an all artist jam in the after hours, one the music lovers will never forget. Day pass holders will have to leave by 11 PM.



You can choose to come for the evening and just watch the performances while you unwind and enjoy incredible music or stay the night and camp out while making the most of the entire experience. We start performances at 4 PM and end by 10 PM.



We are now providing a shuttle service as well for everyone’s convenience in order to reach the venue and back. Located right in the centre of Mumbai & Pune, this campsite has been home to successful events like Inscape Music Festival, Kabir Café Live & Indian Ocean – Music Under The Stars among many more. All aforementioned events also handled by Sustain Entertainment along with Letscampout.



Day Pass & Camping ticket holders can both enter 3 PM Onwards. However, Day Pass Holders will have to leave the premises by 11 PM. Entries shut by 8 PM.

FAQ
The event will take place on the 6th of April 2019. Campers stay overnight until check-out at 12 PM on the 7th of April. Day Pass holders can stay back until 11 PM. If they wish to stay back overnight they can purchase a tent at the venue. To get there you have to come via the Mumbai-Pune expressway and take the Khopoli exit, it is advisable to search for "Letscampout Sabharwal Farm" on Google Maps.

The event has no age limit. Purchase and consumption of alcohol will be strictly controlled at all times. We will require any government ID proof, which will be checked when entering the event as well as any time on venue grounds.
Tickets are to be collected from the Ticket Booth/Box Office at the venue. You will need photo ID proof, print out of the confirmation email.
It gives you access to the event for the day where you get to access the bars, food areas and activity zones. This pass includes your Dinner. Please note, there will be no re-entry and you will have to vacate the venue at the end of the performances.
You are strictly not allowed to carry your own alcohol or any food item. Any alcohol /Food that you bring will be confiscated.
Ample parking is available designated areas and will be available at no cost.

There are restrooms where Day Pass holders can change and Campers can change in their tents.
Strictly no pets allowed, please do not show up with pets for the event expecting entry upon request. If at all you do not follow, you cannot claim a refund.
We will have a first aid kit whenever needed and an ambulance on site for any emergencies. For general items, we will have a general store at the venue. Please note, as much as we will provide assistance during an emergency we are not responsible for any illegal consumption or harm was done.
Any kind of illegal or prohibited substance is not allowed. We will be taking all measures for thorough checking at entry. Strict legal action will be taken against anyone caught with any illegal or illicit substances and we reserve the right to vacate you from the event at any time.
All your bags will be checked upon check-in. If any prohibited items are found you are required to either get it confiscated or put it in your car. At any point we reserve the right to refuse admission.
All tickets purchased are strictly non-transferable.
You cannot bring your own tents. This a functioning campsite and there is tents set up already.
Yes, showers are available and with hot water too. The showers are in a common area but are separate for both men and women to maintain privacy. PLEASE NOTE, you will have to bring your OWN towels and toiletries.
You won't get electrical ports or lights. But you can buy torches/lamps at the venue.
Yes, there will be sufficient restrooms and showers are available for both men and women on the festival grounds. Day Pass holders are not allowed to use the campsite toilets.
The following items are prohibited and will not be allowed into the venue: • Weapons, explosives, firearms, glass bottles, aluminum cans, hazardous and breakable materials. • Fireworks, lasers and anything else that can interfere with the artists. • Professional DSLR, recording devices, video equipment that not been pre-approved. • Alcohol, food, bottles, cans, glass, animals and sound systems may NOT be brought onto the festival site. • No camping gear of any kind will be allowed into the venue. • No helmets will be allowed inside the festival.
